Lesa is a dedicated, creative marketing professional with over 25 years experience in the health care industry specializing in project management and writing and implementing marketing programs. Her excellent communication and organizational skills make her effective in motivating and managing people.

Lesa's abilities to multi-task in fast paced, deadline-oriented environments have helped many companies accomplish business objectives on time and on budget. Before establishing her own consulting business in 1996, Lesa managed new business and market development projects for PacifiCare Health Systems and Secure Horizons, spearheading the project management for the development of Secure Horizons USA, a franchise business venture and several market expansions for Secure Horizons. At Blue Shield of California, she directed corporate research teams responsible for researching, analyzing and recommending potential market and business opportunities.

Lesa received her Bachelors degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and her MBA, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of San Diego.
